Kate Radi’s restrained and clean aesthetic focuses on the truest and most basic element of her subject matter.
Kate’s work is a return to calm, focused observation of spaces and the natural beauty found in our world. Using a variety of photographic materials, including traditional film and medium format cameras from the 1960’s, Kate creates images that have been described as “haunting” and are engaging yet soothing.
After receiving her B.A. from American University, Kate did extensive post-graduate work at Massachusetts College of Art and UCLA, as well as a residency at the School of Visual Arts in NYC.
